Advisory
• Representing Fortis Intertrust (Singapore) Ltd as Indonesian legal counsel in a $140 million lawsuit in Singapore (2008 – 2010);
• Advising PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk on a force majeure event (2014).
Arbitration
• Represented PT. Parna Raya in arbitration tribunal in the case of sales purchase of ammonia with PT. Cheil Jedang Indonesia;
• Representing PT Krakatau Steel in a $2 million arbitration with PT Soltius Indonesia and IDS Scheer, Singapore, Pte, Ltd (2009-2010).
Bankruptcy and Suspension of Payment Court Proceeding
• Represented PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) in filing suspension of payment to PT. Jaya Nur Sukses;
• Represented PT. Baja Prima Lestari in filing suspension of payment to PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero).
Commercial civil court proceeding
• Represented PT Pelayaran Artha Samudera Mandiri in regards to the case of ammonia transportation;
State Administrative Court proceeding
• Representing PT HK Realtindo as the defendant in the annulment request of the state asset and auction state office.
