- Representing NOSTAG GmbH & Co. KG in the Sale of Nostag 10 barge and establishment of PT Nostag Nusantara Mahardika (2017-2018);
- Advising and assisting American Bureau of Shipping and PT Simpson Spence and Young Indonesia, on a day to day legal corporate matters (2007 -2018);
- Representing PT Graha Segara in the sale and purchase of 3 Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane (RTGC) (2013).
